On
February 23rd, 2008 Station 36 and Station 25 were dispatched
to Marlboro Road in East Marlborough Township for a reported
garage fire. Chief 36 arrived and reported a working garage
fire with a house as an exposure. Engine 36 arrived first
and pulled (2) 1/34 hand lines and immediately attacked the
fire. The garage had a vehicle inside which was fully involved
as well as another vehicle in the driveway which was partially
involved. No extension was found to the adjacent dwelling
. Chester County and State Police Fire Marshals responded
and the cause is under investigation.
