Longwood Fire Company in conjunction with Penn Medicine Chester County is hosting a free hands-on CPR training course. Would you know what to do if you saw someone suddenly collapse? This one-hour session explains causes, prevention, and treatment for sudden cardiac arrest. In one short hour, you will increase your confidence of recognition and basic treatments to provide life-saving assistance until the ambulance arrives. The best part is that this life-saving training opportunity is free and being held right in your back yard. Join us at the firehouse on 2/20 at 4:30PM or 5:30PM to learn. Bring the whole family, we will have ambulance and hospital staff who are certified instructors available to help train you to do cardiac compressions. RSVP at chestercountyhospital.org/wellness, by email EMS@longwoodfireco.com or by calling the firehouse at 610-388-6880 or Chester County Hospital 610-738-2300. We look forward to seeing you on Monday!

This is not a full CPR certification course.
