The pool season is fast approaching and we are open for business. Our volunteer members are ready to serve you.

We have expanded our operation to meet the requests that we couldn't last year. We are now capable of hauling water with multiple tankers, to include a 7,800 gallon tractor trailer. We fill pools, ponds, equestrian props, etc. If you need water, we will make every attempt to haul it. We are expanding our service area to include the following:

Kennett Township
Birmingham Township
Chadds Ford Township (Delaware County)
Kennett Square Borough
East Marlborough Township
Newlin Township
West Marlborough Township
New Garden Township
New London Township
London Britain Township
London Grove Township
Franklin Township
Elk Township
Penn Township
East Nottingham Township
West Nottingham Township
Lower Oxford Township
Upper Oxford Township
Oxford Borough
West Grove Borough
Avondale Borough
East Bradford Township (southern portion of the township)
Concord Township (Delaware County)
Hockessin Area of New Castle County
Centerville Area of New Castle County
Greenville Area of New Castle County

If you live in an area not listed, please contact us and we will see if we can assist you.

To obtain an estimate or schedule a delivery, please email poolfill@longwoodfireco.com and we will gladly assist you. You may also call 610-388-6880 and ask for Lori. In the near future, we will update the website with an e-form to complete to aid in the scheduling of your delivery.

When contacting us, please advise us of the township you live in, not your mailing address, the distance your pool is from the area our trucks will park, the type of pool we are filling (plaster, tile, etc), if there are any weight restricted bridges on the public roadways near your house and if your driveway has a bridge in it and how many gallons of water you need. If you aren't sure how much water your pool holds, please see the attached link to aid in your estimate. Our vehicles are heavy so we need to make sure that we can access your property. If you aren't sure, give us a call and we can assist you with this information.

We also remind everyone that fire protection is our first priority. If we are unable to meet your request due to an emergency, we will contact as soon as possible. We provide this service on our donation basis to supplement our income to meet our service needs. A majority of our income comes from donations and fund raising. Fire Taxes and municipal money play a small part of income so we truly appreciate your support.

Longwood Fire Company is a tax-exempt not for profit organization. We are not liable for any damages when requested to provide you service.
