On Friday October 6th, 2017 around 1220 hours CCFB dispatched the Longwood Fire Company for the Rapid Intervention Assignment to assist with Avondale Fire Company, Station 23, for a report of an out building.

While responding, the assignment was reduced and the RIT assignment was canceled as Rescue 25 arrived. Command held Rescue 25 for manpower to assist in wetting down the large pile of coco beans.
