At 0940 hrs this morning, Station 36 and MIC 25-2 were dispatched to the intersection of Rte 842 and Cannery Rd for a motor vehicle crash reported with two vehicles blocking. CHF 36 and MIC 25-2 responded on the initial dispatch with CHF 36 receiving a report from CHESTER that CAPT 36 was onscene at the crash with no reported injuries. CHF 36 kept the assignment open and had all units continue in at a reduced rate, with the MICU to continue in due to the report of serious damage to the cars. MIC 25-2 arrived on scene and evaluated one patient. 36 FD units remained onscene for traffic control and debris removal awaiting PSP arrival. MIC 25-2 transported one patient to a local emergency room for evaluation.
