Pool season is here! We are again offering our pool fill service as a major fundraising activity for the Fire Company. We had a successful year last year and couldn't have accomplished it without your support. A portion of your funds are tax deductible. Please consult your accountant for specifics.
We fill many types: pools, hot tubs, ponds, equestrian water hazards, riding rink dust control and many more. All of our water comes from a treated municipal water source unless requested. Our tankers are cleaned regularly and have fresh water loaded into the tanks prior to delivery.
With the current Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing the same economic impacts as our neighbors and community. This fundraiser is going to be vital our service delivery. We unfortunately decided to hold off mailing our annual fire fund drive letter due to the pandemic, our hope is the pool fill fundraiser lessens that financial impact.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we are implementing a few changes this year to our water delivery. For the foreseeable future, we will only be accepting payment through credit cards. We are also requesting that you do not come into contact with our drivers while they are delivering water. When your delivery is confirmed, we will take your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until the water is delivered. We will email you a donation receipt at the completion of the payment.
We have a variety of tankers, big and small, to handle any job. Please contact us at email@example.com or 610-388-6880 to schedule your pool. To make scheduling our delivery easier, please have the following information ready or provided in your email:
Street Address, Municipality you live in (not the city for the mailing address but that actual township or borough), a good phone number to contact you, the total amount of water being requested, the distance from the road to your pool and the date/time you would like the water delivered.

Our administrative office is not currently staffed during normal business hours due to the Covid-19 operations plan the fire company has implemented. Messages on the pool fill voicemail will be checked frequently but our pool fill email is checked daily and multiple times a day.
*As this is a fundraising activity for us and helps pay many of the bills that aren't covered by our EMS billing or municipal contributions, we have to advise that our primary mission is to protect life and property. In the event that we are committed to an emergency, we will handle your pool as soon as we finish the emergency. If this might cause a problem for you, please let us know when you call and we can discuss the details.
