| At 1434hrs the Company was dispatched for an engine to assist Delco 59 (Concordville) on a landing zone assignment. E-25-1 (Cressman) responded at 1440hrs and was ordered to respond the Chadds Ford Greenhouse for the secondary landing zone. Delco 59 units were on a motorcycle accident at Rt. 1 and Brandywine Dr with a trauma patient needing aero medical transportation for his injuries.
E-25-1 arrived and established the landing zone. PennStar 2 had to abort the first landing zone and advised Capt. Cressman (Landing Zone Officer) that they would be landing at the greenhouse.
The crew from E-1 assisted the flight crew with carrying the patient to the aircraft.
Traffic 25 assisted with closing the roadway during the landing.
Units returned to service at 1506hrs. |
