Open House and 90th Anniversary Success

On October 16th, 2011, the Longwood Fire Company celebrated their 90th Anniversary during the fire company's annual Open House. It was a terrific day for everyone in the community who came out to help us celebrate! We received two Citations, one from Joe Pitts and the other one from Chris Ross, which were presented to our Fire Chief, A.J. McCarthy and our President, Brad Bowman, Jr. New this year was a chicken BBQ which was a great sucess! We had all sorts of things for the kids, including a smoke trailer where they could practice fire safety. We were also excited to have Penn Star fly over with their helicopter. Thank you again for everyone who came out and celebrated our day with us!
