| On Saturday May 15, 2010 the Longwood Fire Company was dispatched for a one vehicle auto accident on Rt. 52, just north of the Delaware sate line.
Longwood EMS units were first on scene and reported all occupants were out of the vehicle with no injuries and that a boat had dislodged from it's trailer, blocking traffic on Rt. 52.
Chief 25 arrived on scene and confirmed this report, requesting a tow for the 20 foot long boat in the highway. Longwood rescue and fire police crews assisted with traffic control until the boat could be removed from the highway. |
