| At 0937hrs the Company was alerted as the 2nd due Rescue Squad to assist Delco 59 (Concordville) with an accident with heavy entrapment on Rt. 1 in front of Hannum's Harley Davidson motorcycle shop.
Rescue Squad 25 (A. McCarthy) responded at 0944hrs with 7. While responding Rescue 25 was advised to travel the wrong direction on Rt. 1 to access the scene and assist personnel operating on the overturned vehicle.
Rescue 25 arrived and found a vehicle resting on its side with the driver pinned and trapped. Rescue 25 assisted 59 crews with folding down the roof and a dash push. The driver was freed and transported to an area trauma center.
25 units returned at 1029hrs. |
