Santa Claus is coming to town!

It's that time of year again! Santa Claus has already given notice to the members of the Longwood Fire Company that he plans on being in the area during the month of December! In the letter we received from Santa, he said he would like to go for a ride on our Ladder truck and say hi to the children that live in our area as he prepares for Christmas. Santa will be in YOUR neighborhood on the following days!

Saturday December 7 - Pocopson Township
Sunday December 8 - Pennsbury Township
Saturday December 14 - Kennett Township
Sunday December 15 - East Marlborough Township

Santa plans on leaving our firehouse at 9AM on each of the days listed above. In order to help him out as best we can, the members of the LFC will escort Santa through the neighborhoods in the above listed townships but in no particular order. You will know when Santa is in your neighborhood when you hear the sirens and horns on Santa's special sleigh for the day - Ladder 25!

We'll see you soon!!!

Special note to parents: We want to make sure Santa gets a chance to see your kids but we know that scheduling can be difficult at this time of year. If we missed your house, I told Santa that I'd have you e-mail me your address and we will try and bring him by a second time. Our "second pass dates" are scheduled for December 21 and 22 but this obviously depends on how many neighborhoods we get to on the other listed days. I can't guarantee that we'll make it back to your neighborhood but we will do everything we can!

Send second pass requests to bmccarthy@longwoodfireco.com

Thanks!
-Brian McCarthy (Lieutenant 25)
