| At 1457hrs LFC (2 engines and the ladder) and Tanker 53 (Fame) were dispatched to the 1500blk of Creek Rd to assist the Delaware County Company 59 (Concordville) on a chimney fire. Ladder 25 (Capt. McCarthy) responded moments later. While enroute, E-59-2 arrived and upgraded the assignment to a working house fire with heavy fire showing from the roof. Ladder 25 arrived approx 30 seconds later and was assigned to set up the truck for roof operations. With only the engine and truck on the scene, Chief 59-9 assigned the truck crew to the second floor to start opening up. Captain 25 was assigned as the Division 2 officer. Crews encountered a very tight, cluttered area on the second floor with fire in the attic and bedroom walls.
E-25-2 arrived and picked up the supply line at the end of the driveway and supplied E-59-2. E-25-1 and E-59-3 completed a split lay to a hydrant on Masters Way..
Both Engine Company crews joined the truck crew and assisted with extinguishment and overhaul. The fire was contained to the roof, attic and second floor bedroom.
