Longwood Showcases Skills in County Demonstration

On Monday evening, members from the Longwood Fire Company took Rescue 25 to the West Chester Fire Training Center to demonstrate a mock vehicle rescue drill. Numerous fire, EMS, HAZMAT, and police agencies from the county were present to provide an inside look at just what Chester County Emergency Services is all about. The goal of the evening was to demonstrate these training scenarios to residents and city officials from the Coatesville area in hopes of working towards the construction of a much-needed county training facility. The LFC was proud to be a part of the evening and enjoyed the county-wide cooperation.
